At this time, some of our service providers have chose to work by appointment only. If you do not see your preferred time slot or service provider on our online booking page, then please proceed to fill out the appointment request form below. Someone from our office will get back to you as soon as possible. Nine out of ten times, we will be able to accommodate you!

We require every individual to pay a 25% deposit. Deposits will be applied to your service(s), so you will only owe the difference at time of check out.
Please arrive at the spa 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Please arrive even earlier if you or someone in your party need to fill out paper consent forms. If you are running late, please call us immediately. We cannot promise nor guarantee any last-minute accommodations, but we will be happy to try. If accommodations cannot be honored you will be held responsible for the full service price and no discounts or additional time will be given.
We kindly ask for a minimum 24-hour notice if you must cancel or reschedule your reservation. In the event that you cancel or reschedule outside of our 24-hour window, you will lose your 25% deposit. No shows will be charged 50% of the appointment value. If you have followed the cancellation policy, then we will issue a refund for your paid deposit in the event you have to cancel your appointment. The cancellation fee is to compensate our service providers. Thank you for your understanding.
The cancellation/no show policy stated above also apply to couples and groups with one exceptions. Should a single individual book as the party's point of contact they are accepting the responsibility for every person within the scheduled party, and their card on file will be held to the stated cancellation policy above for each individual. If a party wishes to avoid this singular responsibility, then every individual in the party is required to call and pay their booking deposit and place a card on file at time of booking.
We all have a family to feed, so please be kind, considerate, and not waste each other's time. Please stay home if you are not feeling well, but let us know in advance of course.
By confirming your appointment via text, email, or over the phone with a spa associate, you are stating that you have read and agreed to all of Spa Serene's policies.
